WHAT IS A BLADEZ?


FAQs

 

1. How long has the BladeZ been around?

    The BladeZ scooter was designed in 1997 with the help of major distribution companies around the world.

2. How do I order?

    You can order ANY new item through our Secure online store by clicking the shopping cart button next to the item. Used or referb parts are call for availabilty. 

3. When will my order be shipped?

    Your order will be shipped the same business day for all orders placed before noon EST. It will ship Fedex, USPS or UPS.  Expedited shipping is available.

4. How much are shipping and handling charges?

    Shipping is calulated by the Destination & weight

5. How can I pay for my order?

    We accept Visa & MasterCard, through our online store. You can also use PAYPAL, mail us a check or send a money order.

6. How old do I have to be?

    We require that you be 18 to place an order for the first time. If your parents have ordered before you may place an order without their assistance

7. SALES TAX:

No sales tax will be charged on orders outside of Nevada. A 7.0% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within Nevada.

Sales/Returns Policies

1. RETURNS:Your satisfaction is our goal. Any order may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for any reason.  You must include your original receipt and all original packaging. No scratches or dings allowed.  All Returns must be in original packaging with the original receipt and have prior authorization (RA#) included with the box. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded. All items must be in new condition or a restock fee will be applied.

2. WARRANTY:All Items are fully covered by the manufacturers warranty. This period is usually 90 days unless otherwise specified.  Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

3. CANCELLATIONS:You may cancel your order at any time without charge or obligation if it has not been processed or shipped out. If you order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for only the shipping charges and any cancellation fees as charged by UPS.

Shipping Policies

1.What is the minimum purchase on parts and accessories?

    None. 

2. Do you ship internationally? 

    Yes.

3. US POSTAL SERVICE SHIPMENTS:You may request USPS on any order. The US Postal Service offers 3 levels of service and is usually less expensive than UPS to international destinations. However only Priority Postal shipments may be tracked.   Email for details. Include your full address and phone number.

4. DROP SHIPMENTS:  We will drop ship items whenever beneficial to the delivery of your item in a timely manner.
