Errors in Shipping Charges

Computers do make mistakes. If you feel the online shipping calculator has not calculated your shipping charges correctly, please send us an email and we will issue you a credit for any overages on your order.

Sales/Returns Policies

 1. RETURNS: Your satisfaction is our goal. Your order may be returned during the first 7 days of the delivery date for any reason. To request a return, Please send an email to sales@bladezscooters.com to request yours. You must include your original receipt and all original packaging. No scratches or dings allowed. All Returns must be in original packaging with the original box and have a prior authorization (RMA#) included on the outside of the box. This RMA # is received via email. Please send an email to sales@bladezscooters.com to request yours. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping & Handling will not be refunded in any case. All items must be in brand new condition in unopened packaging or a restock fee may be applied. All Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Electrical items are non-returnable AND non-refundable

2. WARRANTY: All Items are fully covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This period is usually 90 days unless otherwise specified. Warranty return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Batteries are pro-rated over the initial 90 day period. Return shipping of warranty batteries is the responsibility of the customer. Getting a flat tire is not covered under warranty. Normal wear of belts and brakes are referred to under warranty terms as normal wear and tear.

3. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order at any time without charge or obligation if it has not been processed or shipped. If you order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all the shipping and handling charges only. If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. No cancellation or restocking fees are due.

4. RESTOCK FEES: No cancellation or restocking fees are due on most returns. Your return may be subject A restocking fee of 20%-50% if it meets the following criteria.

20% Fee:

  • Item(s) returned without authorization
  • Item(s) returned without original packing
  • Item(s) returned scratched or damaged
  • Item(s) returned to the wrong facility
  • Item(s) returned without instructions or paperwork
  • Special Order items of any kind
  • Custom Items of any kind
  • Most internal engine parts (excluding piston, rings and gaskets)
  • Any return without an RMA# on the outside of the box
  • Drop-shipped item(s) that were sent from another distributor

35% Fee:

  • Item(s) returned meeting 2 or more of the above conditions

50% Fee:

  • Item(s) returned inoperable or badly damaged or unusable
